Sumac berries (Rhus glare) has been used for making "sumac-ade", tea, infusing oils/vinegars, flavoring for food (lemony, earthy), natural dye, and is high in antioxidants for sore throats, cold/flu

This can be used as a tea (steep 1-2 tsp. per hot cup of water) or for small batch wildcraftin’ of salves, oils, serum, tinctures, etc.
