Forsythia Jelly

Forsythia are those bright yellow flowers that explode to let ya know spring is comin'! I've harnessed that into a jelly that is delicate, sweet, lightly floral, and happy! This slathered on a croissant is sinful.

Ingredients: forsythia tea, sugar, pectin, lemon juice

Half pint jar.
